Customer service at first was awful so the customer service just kept saying we will escalate the issue again and again and they were essentially blaming me for returned parcels. I finally got a response from someone who is more than capable to deal with the task and that was a lovely person named Kate who handled the situation perfectly as I had not only got a refund for 3 of my parcels but also the invoice that I was being charged for cancelled! Which is exactly what I wanted so despite my parcels not being delivered I had got them back and refunded all thanks to Kate. The tracking numbers are:1550453028108415504228526866

Full of incompetence!Worst company. They can't deliver and they can't even return a package.Customer support is a joke.Please consider donating your items before sending them via ParcelHero.

Parcel Hero lost my parcel, I paid insurance, completed all the claim form and they said it was invalid, no explanations, reason - just stopped responding. I feel conned, the insurance won’t pay out and I have no idea why

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH PARCEL HERO! Stay away from these scamming cowboys, they will charge your card without your authorisation!!!!I have been charged £35.26 without my permission, they gave me false information that I have choice of disposing the item or paying for the return but they have charged me anyway because they had my card details already!!!!!!!!! which is shocking and unacceptable!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!

Scam scam scamThey are just getting your money and parcel, then make problem with custom and charge you more than hundreds pound to return your parcel. Daylight robbery.I will try to get a group of all the people who had conned with them and take it to the official organization to sue them and make sure they stopped their business of fraud.

Sent an 8kg parcel to India. Paperwork was easy, package arrived safely and on time. All good.

Prompt and efficient service courier was very helpful and courteous, will recommend ups to everyone.

ParcelHero are DELETING negative feedback. Incompetent company in every aspect. Lost my parcel. If they took as much time trying to FIND 'lost' parcels, and responding to emails (inc Insurance Claims that never get paid out) rather than Trawling Review sites and having negative feedback removed..

Not fit for purpose 0 information given on my parcel except for what’s on the tracking , paid for guaranteed delivery for a certain day or money back , and having failed that are now not wanting honour the terms agreed to , I ask for a tel number to contact them on and they say no I am still having to chase my parcel with the courier and depots while they sit there and do nothing

Recieved a floating crystal led mirror from england and parcel hero lied about insurance charges and mirror was completely broke, package, was mishandled and the refused to reimburse my money i had paid for full insurance, they would not pay for damages, avoid this company, they give false information, it was paid to deliver in 3 days and it was longer than that... HORRIBLE COMPANY?????

Brilliant service, can definitely recommend. My son's packages delivered from UK to The US on time everytime. Very reasonable price. Collected from my house and delivered with 4 days or less.I will always use Parcel Hero in future.
